We collect the following categories of personal information:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address.

Authentication Data: If you use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name and email) as permitted by those providers. Your password is never stored by us — authentication is handled securely by Supabase Auth.

Profile Information: Photographers may provide additional information including a profile photo, bio, location/city, pricing, availability, and portfolio images.

Communications: Messages sent between users through the Lensly chat feature are stored to facilitate your bookings.

Booking Data: Details of photography sessions including dates, package selections, and booking status.

Device Information: When you enable push notifications, we store your device's APNs token to deliver notifications. We also collect basic device type and OS version for app diagnostics.

Lensly uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

Supabase — Our backend database and authentication provider. Stores all user profile data, messages, and booking information. See Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Apple Sign In — Optional authentication method. Apple may share your name and email address with us. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.

Google Sign In — Optional authentication method. Google may share your name and email address with us. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

Apple App Store / StoreKit — Processes subscription payments. Apple handles all payment data. We receive confirmation of subscription status only.

Push Notifications (APNs) — Apple Push Notification service is used to send you relevant notifications about bookings and messages.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Lensly account

• Connect clients with local photographers

• Facilitate bookings and communication between users

• Send push notifications about your bookings and messages

• Provide customer support

• Improve the app's features and performance

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only:

• **With other users:** Your public profile information (name, photo, bio, location, portfolio) is visible to other Lensly users.

• **With service providers:** As described in Section 3, with third-party services necessary to operate the app.

• **For legal compliance:** If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
